Students don't often find themselves in the company of software engineers, making it challenging to imagine a career in the tech industry. That all changes when we bring "Tech Fairs" on-campus and students meet local technologists who share their passion for creating solutions. Companies located in the Bucks & Montgomery County area volunteer teams of software engineers & designers, with their computers and displays, to demo the latest in technology, all for the goal of inspiring students and staff members.

Tech companies located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and notably in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, open up their doors to students and educators to see for themselves what a tech company looks like and feels like. Through tours, meetings with technologists and owners, and listening to lightning talks, students can begin to visualize a future in tech.

We partner with TechGirlz for their TechShopz in a Box™ curriculum and host a day of learning at a tech company. We invite a classroom of 9th grade girls to spend the day with women software engineers and learn the basics of coding. Tours of the local company and meeting team members are both included.

Our volunteers are tech evangelists and give talks to students and teachers covering software, hardware, and the latest developments in tech. Small classroom groups, assemblies, or even training for teacher in service days can all be arranged.
